Heidi Hauver
Director of Human Resources
Heidi is an experienced leader in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. She is passionate about the field of Human Resources with almost ten years of experience in HR generalist functions in multiple industries, with over six years in technology.
Heidi loves her work and is driven to help others find their true calling. She strives to create positive, innovative and progressive HR programs that retain and engage Pythian’s stellar employees, and positions Pythian as a world class employer.

Heidi holds Applied Management and Human Resource Management Certificates from Algonquin College and a Bachelor Degree, Human Resources & Labour Relations with Athabasca University. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP). Prior to joining Pythian, Heidi was the first HR leader for the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) where she was a change agent and builder for the organization while it underwent significant transformation.
Heidi has been recognized as a Vision Award nominee for Outstanding Human Resources Volunteer, and has received an HR Summit Award and a Community Leadership Award from Athabasca University.
