How We Work
Customers are assigned to a small team of three to five database and system engineers with an appropriate skill set to support your technology. Using a secure high-speed VPN (Virtual Private Network), we connect directly to your remote IT environment from our database operations center, giving us secure access to the database as if we’re sitting in your office.
Each team maintains an on-call schedule of its own, so that it’s always the same small group of people supporting you. As a result, Pythian becomes a seamless extension of your tech team. Each of our teams reports to a service delivery manager who has on-call responsibilities as well, so that you have management support from Pythian at any time.
