Having worked with every major financial institution in Canada and several in the U.S., Stephen has honed his project management and customer relations skills to near perfection— putting them to use every day at Pythian in his role as Service Delivery Manager.
Over the course of more than 25 years in IT—as a developer, systems analyst, manager, project manager and director—he’s become a masterful provider of technical support for critical financial systems and databases. His adherence to ITIL fundamentals ensures top-notch customer service, and his experience in audit compliance make him constantly alert for audit compliance while delivering technical services.
A member of the Project Management Institute, Stephen is directly involved in the evolution of project management concepts. He is ITIL certified.
