Karun's work has taken him from engagements in India and Nigeria, to Boston USA before coming to The Pythian Group.

With more than 20 years of IT experience, he is both an excellent adminstrator and a world-class Oracle DBA, specializing in Oracle features such as RMAN, Data Guard, Real Application Clusters (RAC), Advanced Queuing, (AQ) Streams, and Change Data Capture (CDC).

He is also a gifted instructor and mentor, having developed and delivered an Oracle curriculum for a major department of the government of Canada.

Karun holds a B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
