Oracle Patches Database Vulnerabilities

On Tuesday Oracle released its latest patch update, a practice they are now undertaking quarterly. This update deals with vulnerabilities in 16 products and applications, and includes the very first patches for PeopleSoft applications since Oracle purchased the company in January 2005.

Six of the patches are for PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne Applications and one is for OneWorldXe/ERP8 Applications. The remainder address security vulnerabilities in Oracle Database 10g, versions of Oracle’s database and application servers, Oracle Collaboration Suite, E-Business Suite, and Enterprise Manager.
