However, the higher short-term cost associated with investing in quality is more than made up for by the productivity and efficiency gains they deliver. For example, the more experience team members have with systems similar to a new client’s, the faster they can identify processes that can be easily automated, resulting in immediate cost savings and freeing them up to focus on more strategic activities.
