I think Dave was just caught up in the AJAX-y goodness of Eddie's plugin, which I can understand. However it *does* lack 9i searching, which some of us still need.

Anyway I'm sure Eddie or the rest of the Oracle internet community will improve upon this and other versions. Would be nice if Tahiti gave us RSS feeds for 10g and 9i search as well!

@Don, LOL

In case anyone's wondering, Don was first-to-market with a ubiquity extension for Oracle doco: <a href=http://www.pythian.com/blogs/1187/ubiquity-and-tahiti-together-at-last rel="nofollow">Ubiquity and Tahiti</a>.

But Dave promoted Eddie's extension instead!

Don, this just proves log buffer isn't particularly about Pythian. Neat eh? :-)

Can someone pull Dave's knife out of my back?

Also tell Dave that I'm not speaking to him anymore. This aggression will not stand, man.

Hey Dave, no worries on the Postgres front, I think it was a slow week :-) However one article that might be of interest of folks is the announcement of Golconde, and generic database federation system (or something like that). You can find the announcement in Gavin Roy's "Horses are Terrible People" blog.
