Thanks for comment. What confused me is that in OTN top-bar menu I select database documentation and it refers to 10g still but 11g link is available in main documentation page.

It confused me as well, there appears at first glance to be only one download, and that's the database software. Howevere there is a 'see all' link which changes the download page so that you can also get the docs, the client only install, the companion CD, now renamed examples and so on. 

I think it's a good change, but it fooled me for a bit.
