Thanks ! worked like charm RAC database creation in silent mode,its fast-took 7 minutes for completion across 3 nodes.

You may get an issue with the content of sl_tableList when you run runInstaller for the clusterware. If that's the case, the clusterware won't be pushed to the other nodes. Install a 1 node cluster and add the other nodes as described in part 5
