I request that this be available for the Standard Edition. In Standard Edition, you *must* install and use StatsPack. StatsPack reports are very similar in content and value to AWR reports, although slightly less detailed in a few categories. Standard Edition + StatsPack is still probably going to meet your needs, and should be a good value. Standard Edition + AWR is a (serious) licensing liability -- the bill you receive from Oracle to bring your licenses into compliance will probably be absolutely breath-taking. Without AWR report, we could use any other databases and treat the database internal as a black box.
