Step by Step – Site visits

Our service generally includes an initial on-site visit as well as quarterly visits. These work sessions give us the opportunity to get to know each other better. They're also an excellent time for your support team to pick our brains on any database subject.

We also know that some emergencies require our team to be on-site, right there in your server room. In necessary emergencies a Pythian DBA will travel to your site on short notice.

And why not come visit us? We extend a standing invitation to our clients to visit our office anytime – and we highly recommend that members of your team spend some time with ours. They can work on your system from our facility while enjoying access to Pythian’s wide array of database experts.
