If you require a Support Track account:

For immediate support, please choose from the following:

  1. Login to Support Track
    Create a client request (CR) or update an existing CR
    Set CR severity accordingly
  2. Follow the emergency escalation procedures list on your Support Track landing page (can be seen after you’ve logged in). Begin with an email to the primary on-call paging email or paging number.
  3. Email servicedelivery@pythian.com or call 1-866-798-4426 and press 1.
  4. Email your team [clientshortname]oncall@pythian.com.
