Understanding how our team members experience Pythian 

By engaging with our people through surveys, focus groups, voluntary demographic information collection and our DEI committee we are able to build initiatives and programs that truly creates a sense of belonging!  

Celebrating our diverse communities

We understand there is a gender gap for women in technology which is why we have an employee resource group dedicated to our women where we host meetups, panel discussions, share experiences and offer support. We also host a number of events from fundraising for pride month, recognizing mental health week, celebrating Diwali, Black History Month and international caregiver’s day amongst many other events. 

Deepening our knowledge, awareness and understanding

We hold a number of trainings, workshops and educational events for the Pythian team including: unconscious bias, #IamRemarkable, sexual harassment prevention and respect in the workplace.
