Franklin Madison automates contract processing

Franklin Madison transformed operational productivity through the strategic integration of Microsoft Copilot.

Franklin Madison partnered with Pythian to fast-track AI strategy and implementation.

Pythian identified high impact AI use cases and empowered employees to leverage embedded AI tools like Microsoft CoPilot to automate manual contract processing.

Franklin Madison, a leader in insurance marketing, faced a pressing need to accelerate crucial contract and due diligence processes without compromising accuracy. They turned to Pythian to move from ad-hoc experimentation to a structured, secure, and value-driven AI adoption model. This collaboration converted months of strategic planning into just three days, fundamentally transforming their operational efficiency. Pythian designed high-value AI agents and implemented Microsoft Copilot, shifting the team from tedious manual compilation to strategic risk review.

UNCLEAR AI INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Navigating the complexity of AI adoption

Franklin Madison understood the opportunity to utilize AI but felt overwhelmed by where to start and how to mitigate associated risks.

REPETITIVE ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

Manual processes delayed client responses

The risk management team spent disproportionate time on repetitive tasks, drawing focus away from strategic analysis and delaying contract turnaround.

LACK OF GOVERNANCE

Defining safe versus unsafe AI

The organization required a strict policy to distinguish between secure enterprise tenants and public LLMs to protect sensitive financial data.

FRAGMENTED EXECUTION

Solving the problem of siloed strategies

Franklin Madison needed a structured framework to move from experimental AI use to a cohesive, value-driven strategy across the enterprise.

Ensured consistency with AI agents

Pythian created a Copilot knowledge agent trained exclusively on approved corporate policies. This agent provides sourced, highly consistent answers to client questionnaires, eliminating the manual search through hundreds of historical documents.

Accelerated risk analysis

We designed an agent to analyze vendor documentation against "Gold Standard" criteria. This solution automatically generates a risk heat map and follow-up emails, reducing a multi-day manual review process to a fraction of the time.

Streamlined document creation

Pythian developed a systematic workflow for an NDA Drafting Agent. By using existing templates and programmatically collecting variables, the team can now generate new contracts with significantly less administrative effort.

Mitigated hallucination risks

Pythian refined initial agent prompts to ensure strict reliance on specified internal sources. This training empowered the corporate risk management teams to get more value out of Copilot while maintaining high accuracy.

Franklin Madison scaled employee efficiency through AI adoption

Automating high-impact workflows reclaimed hundreds of hours.

Franklin Madison condensed months of planning into a three-day roadmap. Integrating Microsoft Copilot automated manual contract processing shifting employees from data entry to strategic risk review, reclaiming hundreds of hours. This transition ensures true consistency across client communications while prioritizing high-level judgment over tedious administrative tasks.
