Pythian has openings for MySQL and MS SQL Server DBAs in each of our offices in
Ottawa, Canada;
Boston, USA;
Dubai, UAE; and
Hyderabad, India. If you are a MySQL and/or SQL Server DBA and would like to evaluate this opportunity, please send us your résumé with an introductory paragraph to
hr@pythian.com.
There’s no video for Jacob Nikom’s December 2007 Boston MySQL User Group meeting, but the slides for “Measuring MySQL Server Performance” can be downloaded (2.33 MB) at http://technocation.org/files/doc/Measuring_MySQL_server_performance_03.ppt
And with that, this is (I believe) post #10,000 at Planet MySQL!

Short and sweet, and it caused me to goto http://www.planetmysql.org as I’m now a RSS reader fan to confirm 10,000. I think this a good milestone for the MySQL Community.
